A guided personal assessment of your business before we meet so you aren’t put “on the spot” when we get together.
You’ll be asked to reflect on what you’ve tried in the past, what has worked well, how you want your business to grow, and how you want it to feel.

CEO Inventory
Evaluation Day
A four (yes 4) hour session together over Google Meet broken into 3 specific areas:
Deep Dive into your business and map out your current process. Everything from lead funnel, client management, time, team, and goals. We go really fucking deep - this isn’t surface level. Then shift to future state and talk about where you’d like to go so we keep that in mind with any suggested changes
We’ll then go into Body Doubling Mode - I’ll help you prioritize your current needle list and we’ll spend time working together (you on your list and I’ll be working on your process map).
Finally, we get back together to wrap it up. You get your Full Visual Work Flow to clearly see what your current and future processes look like.

Ignite Guide
One week later, you’ll receive your personalized Backend Ignite Guide. [I’ll be in your systems behind the scenes during this week] It will outline each key section of your business.
Each section will include my thoughts, recommendations, and what steps to take if you want to move ahead with my recommendation. Each area will include a video covering my thoughts and the approach I’d take for the action plan. You’ll also get a high-level video walking you through the guide.

Post-Project Support
We’ll be on Slack between steps 2 and 3 for a quick confirmations and questions.

I’m passionate about helping identify the holes that are holding web designers back from the business they have to the one they want. Brand + web designers are Lunimae’s bread and butter. We’ve been focused on improving business operations since 2020 but that’s not where my experience started.
I spent 12 years in a corporate environment managing IT Projects, running change management initiatives, and analyzing business processes. If I can wrangle a group of Corporate Sales leaders into mapping out their process and then actually changing it, I know we can take on yours and it will be so much more enjoyable.
