  • A lot depends on you. This membership will give you the space to learn and apply techniques in schedule management, delegation, and tool usage.

    Previous members have: created SOPs that their VA’s rave about, redesigned their client and project management experience, overcome mental hurdles around workload, and more.

    We’ll map out your plan for what to tackle (& how) during your 1:1 Onboarding call

  • Nope!

    We’ll have a 60-minute Strategy Call when you join to help identify your SOS goals and map out your next steps.

    I do provide some direction on which resources to review based on your goals, otherwise this is self-directed.

  • This is a monthly membership, meaning you have the option to cancel every month.

    But as we all know, change takes time. I recommend planning to stay for at least 3 months.

  • Imagine this: you’ve just created an onboarding workflow in Dubsado you hope will really level up your client experience but… will it work? Is there a better way? Am I missing a step?

    Submit it to hot seats - the 3rd Thursday every month

    Erin will provide a video response giving you all her thoughts, options you might want to consider, and ultimately that green light confirmation you need.

    You can submit any follow up questions or thoughts during Office Hours

  • All live calls are on Thursdays at 11 AM ET.

    These will be recorded and transcribed so you can watch them later if you can’t make it.
